Vintage Planner Designer & Digital Scrapbooking Artist
18 years of creative work shaped by vintage aesthetics, thoughtful planning and a love for memory keeping and handmade details.
Hi, I’m Manu – the designer behind ManuDesignStudio.
For over 18 years, I’ve been creating vintage-inspired printable planners and digital scrapbooking kits. More recently, I discovered digital planners for iPad – and honestly, it felt like planning had quietly evolved into something calmer, more intuitive and surprisingly freeing. Today, digital planners have become a natural extension of my work, blending calm structure with intuitive, modern planning.
“I turn chaotic days into gorgeous plans… and everyday memories into timeless art.”
What I Create
Printable Planners & Planner Inserts
Vintage-style planner inserts for weekly, daily and monthly planning, to-do lists, finance trackers and notes – designed to be printed exactly as you need them, in the size and format that fits your life – not the other way around.
Digital Planners for iPad
Thoughtfully designed digital planners created for calm, flexible planning inside note-taking apps like GoodNotes. A modern extension of my work, inspired by everything I love about structure, creativity and ease of use.
Digital Scrapbooking Kits
Digital scrapbooking kits filled with grunge, shabby chic textures and distressed vintage details – created for memory keeping that feels personal, creative and far from generic.
Freebies & Small Extras
Occasional freebies and creative extras, shared quietly with my newsletter community – usually after my studio cat gives her final paw approval.
Why I Do It
Printable planners were my first love – printing only what I truly need, when I need it, and building a planner that adapts to real life instead of forcing life into rigid layouts.
Because planning should feel like a small ritual – not another obligation on an already full to-do list.
I believe structure can be calming, creative and supportive, instead of rigid or overwhelming.
Memory keeping has always been close to my heart – turning everyday photos into meaningful pages through digital scrapbooking, so our everyday moments don’t get lost on a hard drive, in phone galleries or forgotten folders. Creating something tangible – even in a digital way – helps preserve stories, moods and small details that would otherwise fade.
I design for people who value character over perfection, flexibility over fixed systems and creativity over mass-produced templates. My work is intentionally calm, slightly imperfect and created to be used, adapted and made your own.
The Studio (and the Real Boss)
AND THE REST IS PURR-FECT HISTORY

ManuDesignStudio isn’t a big team or a busy office – it’s a small, cozy creative space where ideas grow slowly and intentionally.
And, of course, it wouldn’t be complete without my furry co-designer and official studio supervisor: Frieda.
Frieda joined the studio a few years ago as a tiny rescue kitten and quickly promoted herself to Head of Quality Control. No planner, scrapbook kit or printable leaves the studio without her thorough inspection.
Her daily responsibilities include:
- Napping on fresh printables for “texture testing”
- Knocking over coffee mugs when a project needs more “drama”
- Giving the final paw stamp of approval (usually after a treat bribe)
Thanks to her, every design carries a little extra charm, warmth and gentle chaos — a reminder that creativity doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful.
If you’re still reading, thank you.
ManuDesignStudio isn’t about trends or mass-produced perfection.
It’s about slow creativity, thoughtful planning, and preserving memories in a way that feels calm, personal, and a little nostalgic.
I’m glad you’re here.
