First things to check:

1. Spam / Junk / Promotions folder – 95 % of “missing” emails land there (especially with Gmail, Yahoo or Outlook).
2. You don’t actually need the email to get your files! Right after payment, you’ll be redirected back to the shop where the download link appears directly on the thank-you page. You can also access your files anytime in your account:
   • Log in –> go to “Orders” –> find your order –> click “Download Files”.

Important note: The automatic download link is available for 30 days after purchase and allows up to 5 downloads. After that, the link expires automatically (this is a platform security rule).

• If the double payment was caused by a technical glitch (e.g., you clicked “Pay” twice and two separate orders were created), I will fully refund the duplicate order immediately – usually within a few hours.
• You’ll still get all your files from the first successful purchase (no need to pay again!).

Here’s what works best based on thousands of customer feedbacks:

• Planners & inserts/pages: Standard bright white printer paper (32 lb / 120 g/m² for weekly & monthly pages, 24 lb / 90 g/m² for the daily pages) is perfect and budget-friendly.
• Stickers: Matte or glossy sticker paper. Popular brands: Avery, OnlineLabels, Koala or Silhouette sticker sheets. Matte gives a soft handwritten look, glossy makes colors pop!
  • Matte –> soft, handwritten look (great for planner stickers)
  • Glossy –> vibrant, shiny finish (colors really pop!)
  • Clear/Transparent –> for a “no-label” look on white backgrounds
• Cards / Covers / Dividers: 200–300 g/m² cardstock (matte or glossy depending on your vibe).

I personally love Navigator 120 g/m² Ultra Smooth Premium Color Copy paper (weekly and monthly planner inserts) and 90 g/m² Silky Touch Ultra Bright Navigator (for the daily pages) for vibrant colors ♡

Totally normal! Screens are much brighter than printers. Here’s how to get the closest match:

• Use “Best” or “High Quality” print setting
• Select “Vivid Colors” or “Photo” mode in printer options
• Print on bright white, high-quality paper (cheap paper dulls colors)
• Calibrate your monitor if possible (or accept that a small difference is expected)
  Pro tip: Always test-print one page first!

• Borderless printing: Most pages have a small safe white border (easier for home printers). If your printer supports borderless, choose that + “Fit to Page”.
• Crop marks: Our full-bleed colorful pages don’t have crop marks – the design goes to the edge, so you can easily see where to cut. White-background pages (dot grid, lined, etc.) DO include crop marks.

If you want to cut precisely, use a paper trimmer or guillotine cutter!

Yes, absolutely! Our files are standard PDFs and work great professionally.

Best tips:

• Bring the files on a USB stick or email them to yourself
• Ask for “high quality color” printing
• Tell them the paper weight you want (e.g., 32 lb text for pages, sticker paper for stickers)
• Many shops can even cut them for you!

Always print at 100 % scale (“Actual Size”) – avoid “Fit to Page”

No, the files themselves (digital PDFs) cannot be resold, shared, or given away in any form. This includes uploading them to other platforms, sharing via email/drive or distributing them for free. They are for your personal use only ♡

Most of my products come with a personal use license only. I do offer selected items with commercial use license – look for listings in my shop section “Commercial Use” or check the product title/description for “Commercial License Included”.

• Personal use products: No commercial use allowed (no selling or creating items for clients – exceptions below).
• Commercial use products: Yes! You may use them to create physical OR digital end products (e.g., printed planners, invitations, digital items, social media graphics, client designs) for your small home-based business or clients.
  
  Important conditions:
• The original files must be significantly modified/altered – you cannot use or sell them “as is”.
• No mass production or resale of the original files.
• Excluded: Use in the paper scrapbook industry (e.g., creating and selling scrapbook kits, paper packs or similar paper crafting collections).

Wedding planners creating customized printed (physical) items for clients? Totally okay as long as you modify the designs and follow the rules above ♡
